.....Vacuum Pumping for men brings a whole new dimension to the expression, "Suck my dick!" Or perhaps we should say that Pumping takes cocks to new lengths? Whatever jokes you may want to make about it, be aware, Vacuum Pumping can result in a longer and thicker penis.

.....Let's start with the technical and medical stuff and then get down to fun.
.....The correct medical term for the process of penis enlargement is "hyperemiation." Approximately two-thirds of the penis is made up of muscle tissue. The Vacuum pump and cylinder forces blood into the muscles, expanding them to the maximum. The muscle then breaks down and rebuilds into larger and stronger muscles. This process is quite similar to body building. Pumping is bodybuilding for the penis.
.....There are many manufacturers and styles of vacuum pumps. There are four most common pumps on the market. The least expensive utilizes a bulb with an attached cylinder that tends to have a hole in it as a relief valve. This is my least favorite. There is the two-handed pump, which has one major flaw. It requires one hand to hold the cylinder in place when starting and that only leaves one hand to pump with unless of course you have a slave or partner around.
.....The top of the line electric pump is quite nice but rather expensive. My personal choice is an all metal, one handed grip, with a pressure gauge on it. I also suggest using a vacuum pump that has a pressure release valve in the event that you have exerted too much pressure too quickly, which can be quite painful. Did I mention that you could also use a vacuum pumping as a bdsm toy?
.....Most pumps come attached with tubing that connects with the cylinder of choice. Cylinders come in all shapes and sizes and are usually crafted from clear acrylic or Lucite. There is a connector fitting located at the top in order to connect the pump to it. If you become a serious pumper you will wind up with a collection of different sized cylinders as your cock builds.
.....Most cock cylinders or tubes are about 9" long and can be from 1 1/2" to 4" in inside diameter. Anything larger in diameter is usually custom made. You will want a cylinder that has a little room for growth but not so large as to prevent getting a good seal. Most suppliers can help you with determining an appropriate size. There are cylinders specifically for balls, nipples, and foreskin and even one for dual pumping buddies. A tubing connection, usually called a "buddy connector" allows use of two cylinders at a time with a single pump.
.....Now that we have the equipment down, what do you do with it? In order to achieve a good vacuum seal at the base of the cylinder, shaving the area is suggested. A bit of lube will also facilitate a better seal and it allows the body part to slide into the tube as it is pumped. Lack of lube can result in the cock getting "stuck" to the side. This can result in bruising but release of the vacuum pressure will free it up.
.....You will want to clean your cylinders after use. The recommended procedure is to wipe the lube from the cylinder first, then wash with warm, soapy water and wipe dry with clean paper towels. As always, I recommend that you sanitize and disinfect your equipment with a hospital grade disinfectant if it is used on more than one person. Pumping on the penis can definitely cause your cylinder to be exposed to body fluids.
.....Do not boil your cylinders, they can crack and become cloudy. I haven't had any luck in autoclaving them; Lucite doesn't do well in the autoclave. Keep in mind that anytime body fluid is potentially present you will want to follow recommended safety guidelines.
.....All that said, you are now ready to begin pumping. It's quite simple. If you are using the equipment to play or to help achieve an erection, then simply use at will. Remember to shave the area where the vacuum seal will be made, lube up and begin pumping. Go slowly, create a nice comfortable suction and slowly increase the vacuum for the desired results. Increasing pressure too quickly can be painful and unless that is your goal, it's not necessary.
.....If your goal is to enlarge the cock, balls or nipples then you will want to be on a schedule. Different people get different results. Some people use the pump 3-5 times a week for 1/2 an hour at a time and others do it weekly for up to two hours with similar results. You will need to find the schedule that works the best for you.
.....The important thing is consistency. Pick a schedule and stick to it. My experience in pumping men has been that more frequent sessions of a shorter duration are less likely to distort the shape of the penis.
.....A few acknowledged experts on pumping insist that pumping will not "disfigure or deform" a penis. That's a rather relative statement. Body Modification is intended to change what you were born with and excessive pumping can result in drastically reshaping the penis. In particular, once one has reached the maximum modification in length using a larger diameter of cylinder repeatedly may cause the penis to appear puffy at all times as the skin stretches beyond what the muscles can. There is nothing wrong with this; it is just a definite reshaping of the penis.
.....Based on the above-described schedules you can expect results after a few sessions. After several months the modification can be quite noticeable and permanent changes have occurred. At the one-year mark you have probably reached maximum of length but expansion in girth may continue to occur.
.....Reported results average between 1/2" to 2" in length and possible more in girth. That is pretty dramatic. If you discontinue pumping you will retain much of the modification but occasional pumping will ensure that your results remain.
.....Pumping does not result in erectile dysfunction, quite the opposite. Many doctors treat erectile dysfunction with a penis pump. Once you have pumped the penis as full as possible, a cock strap is placed at the base of the cock and balls. This forces the blood to remain in the penis, keeping it engorged.
